All transactions on jepe88 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion, if applicable, will be processed at prevailing exchange rates determined by your payment provider.
Deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) typically process instantly. E-wallet deposits process instantly. Deposits via other banks may take up to 15 minutes. jepe88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees.
Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits will be refunded (minus processing fees) and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to verification requirements and wagering conditions. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name matching your jepe88 account registration. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals.

To prevent money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal eligibility. Deposits receiving bonuses are subject to bonus-specific wagering requirements as outlined in the bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw without meeting minimum wagering requirements may result in withdrawal denial and account review.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at jepe88's sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Not all players will qualify for all bonuses. Some bonuses may impose maximum winning limits. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be forfeited upon withdrawal. Maximum winning limits are specified in individual bonus terms.
All games on jepe88 operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results cannot be predicted or manipulated. Published RTP (Return to Player) rates are theoretical percentages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.
For sports betting, we reserve the right to void bets placed after an event has started (unless otherwise specified for live betting), bets placed on obviously incorrect odds, bets involving collusion or match-fixing, and bets placed using exploits or errors. All sports betting is subject to our Sportsbook Rules, which form part of this Agreement.

jepe88 reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily or indefinitely for investigation if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other misconduct. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals.
We reserve the right to close your account and terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any remaining account balance will be returned to you (minus any amounts owed to jepe88) after deducting applicable fees. Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
You may close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Before closure, you must withdraw all funds and complete any pending wagering requirements. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawal approval until all verification and compliance checks are satisfied.
All content on the jepe88 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and trademarks, is the property of jepe88 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without express written permission from jepe88.
In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of jepe88 Services, you agree to first contact our Customer Support team to seek an amicable resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved through support channels within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration rules.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming platforms operating in Southeast Asia. Any legal actions or proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by applicable international law.
